or 855-565-2223. We offer warranties and carry parts for our mills. Customer service, parts

Pelletizing or making pellets is the process of using organic material such as
corn stalks, corn cobs, grass, leaves, bean stubble, switchgrass, straw, dry distillers grain (DDG), seed hulls, alfalfa,
cardboard, saw dust and paper and putting them through a pellet mill to form pellets. These pellets are then used for burning
as fuel in pellet stoves or furnaces or used as animal feed and animal bedding. There are multiple uses for pellets. Pellet Pros
is offering the average person a way to produce their own pellets with our smaller pellet mills at an affordable
price. Pellet Pros offers a wide variety of equipment for making pellets. We have nine different sizes of
personal use machines that have a production range from 80 lbs. per hour to 700 lbs. per hour with starting prices as
low as $2,395.00. Our small commercial pellet mill ranges in production rates of up to 1,000 lbs. per hour. We have
some models of our portable mills that are available with diesel engines. These can be used where electricity is not
available. Our PTO model hooks up to a tractor, making pellitizing available in the field or anywhere electricity is not available.
We offer hammer mills for reducing the size of biomass (organic) material before it is put through the pellet
mill. Materials need to be no larger than 1/4 inch to go through the pellet mill. Dryers and coolers are available
also. Dryers are used to lower the moisture content of your biomass (organic) material. Coolers are used to cool the finished pellet and are capable of cooling 1 to 2 tons per hour. If you
are doing mass pelleting, a bagger is very useful for containing the pellets for storage or delivery. Our baggers will
accept 25 to 110 lb bags that can be heat pressed shut. Please browse our web site. All new machines come
with a warranty. (WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE)
We also stock parts for our pellet machines (pellet mills).
Please contact us with your questions on the wide variety of machines we have available. Tech support is also available
to answer your technical questions. Testing biomass to receive recipes is available. Please call for pricing for testing arrangments. We
are available to answer your questions, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 4pm (CST).

WHY BUY FROM US? Pellet Pros has been in business for 6 years and customer service is very important to us! We keep most of our mills in stock and ready to go out when an order is placed to allow for a faster turn around
time. We check each mill before it goes out to ensure that it is working to specifications. We stock a large line
of mill parts so you have what you need, when you need it! We take the time to answer your questions so you make a good
decision on the mill that fits your needs. We have run many kinds of organic material through our various mills.
We can make recommendations as to what we believe would be the best mill for the product you want to run and the production
rate you want to achieve. For a nominal fee, we can run your product for you and provide the recipe and send you back
the samples. Many of our models have American made motors with a 1 year warranty
to give the best performance possible. This may cost a little more, but we believe the end result is worth it.
All electrical wiring is done in our warehouse to insure the safest performance of each machine. We have a technician
on staff to answer your questions and provide help "after the sale" and we've made owner's manuals for each
