2010 - Test sampling for pelletizing Trash (hammer milled first to 1/4", required size for pelletizing) and then pelletized
with the PP2800J. We first removed all glass, metal before hammer milling.
Dec. 2010 - Test sampling for pelletizing Rice Bran (produced great pellets)
Dec. 2010 - Test sampling for coal dust (used soybeans as a binder and pelletized very good pellets).
Feb. 2011 - Test sampling for coffee husks / run on PP2800J Pellet Mill and used no binder to pelletize. Just brought
moisture content up with water.

- Preparing to run test sampling for Lily Pads.
March 2011 - We air dried
the lily pads then hammer milled on our hammer mill then pelletized with great results.
April 2011 - Tea Grounds were pelletized at 30% moisture and done on a 600A pellet mill. They pelletized very
well.
May 2011 - We recently pelletized
treated waste water treatment plant material waste. Results were great. Did not add any binder, just put material
in pelletizer.
June 2011 - Made 10 mm pellets from the waste water treatment
plant material waste. Made great pellets. No binder used.

2011 - Made pellets from both chopped and hammer milled hay into 10mm pellets with great results.
June 2011 - Made alfalfa (hammer milled) pellets using PP800 Pellet Mill. Made great pellets. No binder
used. Added water to bring up the moisture content.

Sampling for feathermill & turkey manure. Made great pellets.

as material is very fiberous.
August 2011-Dec. 2011 - We were
able to make pellets from sawdust with 10-15% of very fine shavings in the mix. Sample tested canola meal on PP600A.
Made great pellets. Used oil and flour as binder making wood pellets. Made great pellets and burned well.
